What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

One of the good things is to be able to work from home.

Work life balance, ensuring we have the best DE&I, and our ERG's.

We celebrate the big wins and the small ones. Everyone is so smart, but also the culture of humility leads to hiring people who are collaborative and eager to learn.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
