How employees describe working at Axonius
Axonius is full of inexperienced managers, but because they are managers they believe that they don't need to learn anything else. Trying to do a good job here is pointless, directors of engineering don't know anything about it and will be easily offended if you propose something better. Terrible.
Working at Axonius is a breeze, I was told that working for a startup company was going to have it's challenges and it does when it comes to being fast paced but the community and resources Axonius has offered has made this experience so much better.
Very smart people and amazing product. I have had an amazing warm welcome from everyone. I have the autonomy and respect to do my work the way I prefer and the Leadership team has been great. Very transparent and supportive of everyone's growth.
