Axonius is full of inexperienced managers, but because they are managers they believe that they don't need to learn anything else. Trying to do a good job here is pointless, directors of engineering don't know anything about it and will be easily offended if you propose something better. Terrible.

One of the good things is to be able to work from home.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, overall intelligence, knowledge, leadership skills... is basically like work with childs as your bosses.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one here is actually allowed to do real software engineering job. Everybody has to do as they are told, so my best advice to coworkers is: quit!
