What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing st all. They need to have respect most of the nurses are rude

Azalea Health's leadership team is amazing and really care about their employees!
Current leadership group is best we ever had. We had some poor leaders in the past but the company has gotten better about moving past them to get better leadership in place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually leading the company in a profitable direction
Poor leadership and poor direction. Put a stick in the sand and leave it there. Quit changing direction so often. Would certainly help sales
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid based on the value I bring to the company
Paid time off and insurance
Great benefits for a company this size. New benefits have consistently been added every year the company has grown. My department and most others have bonus programs designed to reward high performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hard nurses need to be paid more if some if the nirses dont do thwir job
Senior management can not keep good talent because they don't want to pay for it. \n
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its some nice nusrses and they will help you with tour clients if u need the help
We treat each other with respect
They are very nice and supportive
My team is cohesive and works well together. We all seem to get along well and even though there is conflict the management team does well in dealing with it so it does not hamper our productivity

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its some nice people that work there
Management encourages a cooperative environment
Azalea Health's culture is awesome. They really embrace their core values and listen to their employees.
This is a fun, energetic company. We are always doing unique, interesting things in the office to relieve stress. We have a Chief Happiness Officer in charge of company culture and happiness. Not many companies are as dedicated to company culture as Azalea.
My peer co-workers are what keeps me going. Good people

My coworkers are very nice
The ability to see my achievements help the company directly. I love my coworkers as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need better leadership & direction. We all need to stop flying the plane while it's still being built.
