How would you compare interviewing at Azran Financial to other places you've interviewed?
It was a talk about the future and growth more than an interview.
One of the tougher interviews and more comprehensive. Founder has worked for places like Goldman Sachs, and J&J and mirrors their interview processes.
Does Azran Financial drug test or do a background check?
Background checks are standard as the firm deals with confidential information and peoples' personal and companies' financial information. There are no drug tests.
What's the internship program like at Azran Financial?
Interns are given a variety of projects, and work closely with staff and partners. It is an unparalleled experience.
How does Azran Financial handle HR issues?
There really are no "HR issues". Everyone is well taken care of. Vacation time is flexible. Work-life balance is good. Compensation is well above industry norms. Most staff who leave do so because they have gained so much experience and growth, they will often transition to a client.
How innovative is Azran Financial?
Extremely innovative. Definitely the most innovative in the industry by far. A 25 on a scale of 10. The systems and processes are beyond what everyone else has. The level of the internally developed software is unparalleled. Most definitely the market leader in using systems automation, artificial intelligence, and cloud software. Probably from being startup accountants, they think like CPA's for entrepreneurs and do not accept good enough. If great doesn't exist, they create it.

How flexible is your work schedule at Azran Financial?
The firm believes in a work-life balance. As the founder says “there is only one first day of school, only one championship game, and one family reunion in a lifetime... work should not stop you from life”
What's the work from home policy like at Azran Financial?
Staff is allowed to work from home depending on the situation and position. They are provided top of the line equipment to do so.
