Our work mates and variety of work, learning new skills.
Getting things done and working great and beeing safe every day and make sure production is running great

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The ones who do work and pick up the slack of the ones who don't get the short end of the stick and work load pushed on already overachieving employees where as slackers and losers get patted on the back and overlooked.
