Communication. Not telling the staff one thing and then doing the opposite.

They come to work, have a sense of humor and work well together

Too many changes being made in a very short time frame. Inexperienced staff members not getting adequate training
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health insurance benefits are too costly. The deductibles need to be lower. Stock options need to be made available to the employees
