I believe that the company itself is good, and a great environment. The problem is that some of the employees are too close to management and when issues arise, the management tends to ignore individuals who the are not close to and believe those that they are

They are innovative and always available.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to get our the rotten parts of the employee apple.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more friendly to others and understanding that they are just as strained and stressed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That there were several interviews to ensure it was the right person for the position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People are worked much harder than what they should be. The elastic band is incredibly strained and about to break.
