Very toxic and newer staff members or those who have an idea how to do the job will get bullied and told to slow down to make others look good

There’s a culture of ignoring real problems. Bullying gets overlooked, and poor communication adds to confusion. Some people with limited qualifications are promoted because of who they know, while others doing extra work get no credit. These things really damage moral
