Fix the toxic culture and sort out the bullying that your aware of but won't fix before someone sues the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Money is very good considering what others companies paid for the same role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are ongoing issues with how compensation are handled
Regularly expected to work beyond scheduled hours without proper overtime compensation. Breaks were often skipped due to workload. Fair pay for extra hours would improve things

Very toxic and newer staff members or those who have an idea how to do the job will get bullied and told to slow down to make others look good
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and transparent. Expectations were explained clearly from the start
The HR hiring manager was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and very flexible and keep me updated through the whole process

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There’s a culture of ignoring real problems. Bullying gets overlooked, and poor communication adds to confusion. Some people with limited qualifications are promoted because of who they know, while others doing extra work get no credit. These things really damage moral
There is a lack of accountability and transparency in decision-making. Concerns raised by employees are often ignored or dismissed, which discourages honest feedback. Improvements should focus on fair processes, open communication, and ensuring actions align with stated company values.
