Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Very toxic culture in the Brisbane SIU team, If you don't fit in with the little "clicky" team you will be bullied and sadly management won't do anything about it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Regularly expected to work beyond scheduled hours without proper overtime compensation. Breaks were often skipped due to workload. Fair pay for extra hours would improve things
