Very competitive salary in Argentina. They considerate adjustments of inflation and some extra for the overall performance. Argentina is a tough country so I know the challenges to keep the salary updated however, based on other companies and salaries I've seen, BairesDev is great.
We have annual reviews. You don't need to keep pushing for salary increase, the company will review and let you know. If you ask, the company has 3 windows for salary increase every year.

I'm currently receiving $3500 / month, which obviously is below average. I'm a senior software, delivering tons of code for the client, so it's unfair.
I feel we could have more benefits like flexibility with leave days, agreements with insurance companies, productivity bonuses, etc.

I don't get equity, vacations are less than what is deemed legal in many countries, they don't provide benefits such as health insurance or a 401(k) plan.

No compensation package. We only have the salary and that's it. We are numbers, not people with other needs.
Compensation is in USD and is good when you convert it to local currency but it could be way better. It is not even minimum wage in the US and you work as a contractor so you have to pay for everything
They do not pay you extra like they say, yes, obviously you have a little bit more money but it is because you have no insurance nor taxes paid.
Better salaries, more focus in improving internal processes
I don't make 56 an Hour as stated on this page.
