Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm currently receiving $3500 / month, which obviously is below average. I'm a senior software, delivering tons of code for the client, so it's unfair.

I feel we could have more benefits like flexibility with leave days, agreements with insurance companies, productivity bonuses, etc.

Having compensation packages related to health and wellbeing.

I don't get equity, vacations are less than what is deemed legal in many countries, they don't provide benefits such as health insurance or a 401(k) plan.

I'd like to have an insurance and paid vacations

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The interview process is really bad and takes too long to give an offer and the candidates abort the process.
