She led business-aligned IT strategies, business application support and development, global SAP support centers of excellence and business transformations. She was a Member of both Caterpillar's Construction Industries and corporate Chief Information Officer leadership teams. She has also completed the Management for the 21st Century (Mini-MBA) program at Bradley University, the Caterpillar Leadership Development Program and is a Certified Caterpillar Six Sigma Black Belt. Ms. Hartsock graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science.
