The Foundation supports activities and programs that manage, conserve or sustain natural environments. From helping to keep land and water clean in communities to supporting some of the world's most pressing environmental challenges, the Foundation is prepared to help.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey in 2017, BHGE volunteers contributed to removing sand, trash and debris along Buffalo Bayou in Houston, Texas. In coordination with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, these efforts supported a faster and heathier recovery of a critical waterway in the city.
