I truly enjoy the passion and experience that the executive team brings to the table. They keep high standards and know what to focus on.
Some of the most passionate and most intelligent leaders I have met. No job is too small, and they inspire our team of 35+ to grow daily.
The leadership at Baker works together to make a difference in the cannabis industry. They are transparent and honest about what our challenges have been and will be, and trust us to rise to the occasion and continue to be the best in the business.

Good amount of PTO and paid holidays

We know what we are doing.
All employees care about each others
We are all friends with each other. We get along at the office and outside work. Although we might not always agree, we trust that we are all here for the greater purpose of destigmatizing cannabis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along for the most part
Supportive & all-around engaging. Everyone is expected to contribute, produce incredible work and truly embody our company culture.
Everyone wants everyone else to succeed while still having fun.
Company makes an effort to take care of employees and make sure that people are supported.
We are hustlers. We work in an extremely competitive industry, so we all feel a sense of passion + hustle.

Peoples and managers all care about each other
My coworkers. We have great relationships and can rely on each other.
Being able to focus on activities that positively impact the business.
