  • I think there is an opportunity to improve the diversity among Baker. Our WMQ (white male quotient) increased over the past few months and I really value the opinion and experiences of my female and minority peers. More diversity would be great, but I think things are good right now.

  • It is constantly evolving and improving. Everyone is very open and inclusive to input of team members. Personally, I work about 50hr/week, but this can fluctuate. The expectation for the standard work day is ~9am-6pm.
