Their web site is HORRIBLE. We had been with Pai, which Ascensus acquired, and it has been the worst experience. We are a small business with no one who is dedicated to HR/ERISA. Pai was SO USER FRIENDLY. Ascensus has been so frustrating

The whole company is growing. We made Inc 5000 Fastest Growing companies for the second time. Growth comes with challenges but our leadership and teams are rising to meet them.

Bob is an awesome CEO. He is strategic, smart and he really cares about all 1800 employees. He makes all decisons with both our clients and employees in mind.

Very good. The company has flexible hours and work from home in many areas. There is a big focus on employee satisfaction so it is important to leadership to have happy workers with a good life work balance.

Promotions are based on skill, experience and potential. We have clear goals and benchmarks for positions and a feedback process to get coaching for career advancement.
