What do you like best about the leadership team?
All team leaders are good
They connect with employees and work hard to make it a great place to work and grow one's career.
Truly care about their employees and are consistent in demonstrating their commitment to our core values
Leadership has created a strong values based culture and they care about me and my career.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The open door policy. Making good choices on staffing. Not firing employees that fight tooth and nail for the company and who love their job but are always looked at with a microscope. The makes it a not safe environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Volunteer Time Off to give back to the community
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Total comp that's more aligned with market. A greater chance for variable comp
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co workers try their best to help when you have questions or need assistance.
My team overall is great. Managers, not so much.

Most of the employees become friends/family.
The workers, leadership and general environment.
