Some of the managers harass their employees and make it extreamly hard to want to come to work. Feeling like they are trying to find any way of firing someone or pushing them to their breaking point to quit. Yet, when issues are brought up, that person is completely safe and the employee is the tbl.

Most of the employees become friends/family.

My team overall is great. Managers, not so much.

It was a comfortable conversation with the two interviewers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The open door policy. Making good choices on staffing. Not firing employees that fight tooth and nail for the company and who love their job but are always looked at with a microscope. The makes it a not safe environment.
