The cutomer service is horrific! One must usually spend over an hour on hold to reach a customer service representative and then, it is usually in the Phillipines. It can be difficult to understand the representative.
For 8 months i have been trying to rollover my retitemrnt to no avail. No Valic advisor/ representative you can talk to in person. Everthing has to be done on line or phone to call centers abroad hours on the phone to speak to someone at Home Office, then you get a different person & information
