This job was too good to be true.
I like most of my coworkers, but this is a sales job, so the usual dog-eat-dog shenanigans will always ensue (back-biting, commission swiping, client swiping, etc)
It has been a breath of fresh air working at his company!! The pay and benefits are generous and my relationship with management is healthy and collaborative. The paid time off and and paid holidays also happen to be excellent. I would describe the culture as competitive, evolving, diverse.
They lied about leads in the Medicare space.
