Managers are great upper level management is clueless. Can’t manage money poor budgeting. They just laid off almost half the compan

I liked my leader and 2 of the other team leaders. The rest were either awful, incompetent, and one was clearly downright unethical and threatening to the point where she was forced to record meetings between herself and employees due to the sheer volume of HR complaints she received.

We have open communication ... I trust them

We all have the communities best interests in mind during decisions.

The company does an excellent job providing core benefits including a fantastic 401k. As a whole, the company has grown tremendously in terms of being employee-first.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I loved my co workers!

I like most of my coworkers, but this is a sales job, so the usual dog-eat-dog shenanigans will always ensue (back-biting, commission swiping, client swiping, etc)

They need to be more friendly towards the residents and more cooperative.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My managers and co workers.

Being able to help each other out due to patients schedules.

The residents make me so happy and make it worth it to go to work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get better lead sources. The ambassador program (basically call advance call screeners) needs to be scrapped. Also, the call system keeps overdialing numbers and auto-connecting you to people whether they're calling in or not. It means you have no rest between calls unless you say out of queue.

Howard need to understand people better and learn how to communicate to them. Also Howard needs to grow a personality. No one talks. Silence for hours on end.

The mentality of more hours = more productivity is disappointing. There is also a culture of, 'what did YOU do' rather than, 'how have you empowered your team to achieve greatness.' Feedback as a whole is completely lacking and it's very tribal/hierarchical in terms of communication.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was great and easy.

It's like every other sales job. You will pass the interview as long as you have a pulse because kt's a constant churn-and-burn job with high turnover due to the emphasis of quantity over quality and refusal to treat people like adults. I will be surprised if the few people left aren't laid off.

Working together as a group to provide for the community.

At the core, the company's mission is solid and the people running the day-to-day are good, hard working people attempting to make a difference in a very challenging health insurance market.

Company needs to do better at budgeting and technology. For this to be an insuretech company, the technology is the pits and what really caused this company to crash.

They let half the company go.

The leadership needs to do what they were doing in the first two weeks of hiring: treat people like adults and stop trying to change everything every other day. It is a constant drain on people who aren't willing to throw the rules out since they keep changing. Half my agent class 1quit in 1 month

The staff are terrible and mean.
