I liked my leader and 2 of the other team leaders. The rest were either awful, incompetent, and one was clearly downright unethical and threatening to the point where she was forced to record meetings between herself and employees due to the sheer volume of HR complaints she received.

Super competent individual contributors who struggle tremendously with scaling and leadership. Individually they would be rockstar hires, but as a leadership team, they aren't natural leaders.
They need to be more organized and positive.
