We have team up and help each other

The company culture is of a scrappy start-up. That's not been lost as the company has scaled.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I loved my co workers!

I like most of my coworkers, but this is a sales job, so the usual dog-eat-dog shenanigans will always ensue (back-biting, commission swiping, client swiping, etc)

They need to be more friendly towards the residents and more cooperative.
