Frieda Garcia is a Partner in Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP’s San Francisco office. Frieda provides guidance on global immigration initiatives, the development and implementation of best-in-class global programs, and advice regarding requirements within various jurisdictions. She engages with clients to evaluate practices in light of industry trends and changing government adjudication standards. Frieda keeps a strong focus on delivering client service tailored to each client’s specific culture. She leads and manages work in a way that shows care and compassion, always staying well connected with clients. Frieda manages some of the largest immigration programs in the technology, finance and travel service industries. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and she has participated in numerous speaking engagements at AILA national conferences. Frieda is fluent in Spanish.
