What do you like best about the leadership team?
They demonstrate transparency much of the time and are approachable.
Very forward focused and make sure that we have a good amount of work for years to come.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got in while Ball still offered a pension.
Ball considers a lot of factors for my compensation package so I know I am paid fairly.
I have health care provided
network security professionals given same titles and likely same payscale as network professionals

What are some of the best things about your team?
People are concerned for each other's wellbeing. No one gripes about folks taking vacation, even at inopportune times - although they appreciate notice and delegates. Yes, we care about delivering to our customers, but we don't grind people up and burn them out.
We are all experts in our field, have diverse backgrounds and collaborate well together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a growth mindset and are dedicated to improving processes. We attribute failures to processes rather than blaming individuals. We give each other the benefit of the doubt.
We all work towards the same goal and support one another.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had an experienced, competent hiring manager do my interview. I cannot say I have seen this replicated in many years.
There are people who have a specific line of questioning so there are not duplicate questions.
