    We have a growth mindset and are dedicated to improving processes. We attribute failures to processes rather than blaming individuals. We give each other the benefit of the doubt.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    People are concerned for each other's wellbeing. No one gripes about folks taking vacation, even at inopportune times - although they appreciate notice and delegates. Yes, we care about delivering to our customers, but we don't grind people up and burn them out.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    I got in while Ball still offered a pension.
