Jennifer Cmil joined Ball Corporation as Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2026 and brings extensive experience leading human resources in complex, global organizations. Prior to joining Ball, she was at Newmont Corporation for over 15 years, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for more than six years where she focused on building a high performing and inclusive culture, developing leaders and supporting business transformation.
Her earlier experience includes various HR leadership roles at Level 3 Communications (currently CenturyLink), KB Home and Sun Microsystems, where she shaped the HR business partner model and served as an HR business partner for several functions. Cmil holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Syracuse University.
