Decentralisation of information should be shared to all rather than a portion of people
Leading! They have a complete inability to listen to ideas, embrace cognitive diversity and/or opinion. They speak to everyone as if they were accountants, and they never inspire, enthuse or motivate the workforce. They are far more content to travel around the world drinking.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus system was a big part of our compensation packaged

What are some of the best things about your team?
80% of us have to knowledge and desire to do a good job. Most are always willing to help where needed
We are all aligned with the fact that the leadership team are pointless, and they have created an 'us' and 'them' feeling to work. Therefore, all of us are quite tightly knit, and view the leadership team as the opposing team
Polite, work ethic, good golfers

the friendliness of the interview team and the quick turnaround
Part of the process was a hands-on machine to see if you were actually mechanically inclined or just telling stories to get the job.

Less interviews to determine if a person will be hired. Stop the no family policy!
More HR people needed. Could not get a reaponse before signing

Keeping the line running and getting records
Boss is super nice and helpful
