Mr. M. Andrew Crouch, also known as Drew, has been Vice President of Technology at Ball Corporation since 2011. Mr. Crouch served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. from 2008 to 2009. He was vice president and general manager, national defense at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Crouch has been directing strategic processes for Ball Aerospace since 2002. Mr. Crouch served as Vice President of Strategic Development of Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. from 2002 to 2006 and served as its General Manager of Advanced Technologies & Product since 2006. He was vice president, advanced technologies and products of Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Crouch served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Relations and Administration at Ball Aerospace & Technologies. In this role, he led strategic planning, development and implementation; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; public relations and communications, information management, capital investment and human resources. Mr. Crouch served as Senior Director of Operations for Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp from 2001 to 2002., where he provided primary support to enhance operational and financial performance across it and was a key player in reorganizing its operating units to ensure improved focus, accountability and performance, yielding significant EBIT recovery and reduction of capital spending and also served as its Director of Finance and Strategy for its Commercial Space Business Unit. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Crouch also served as Director for Finance and Strategy for Ball Aerospace's Commercial Space Operations (CSO) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Crouch served as Manager of Chief Scientific Officer of New Venture Development, combining strategy development, business development and new venture pursuit. At Ball Aerospace, from 1989 to 1995, he served as a Mission and Systems Engineer on various space programs and new business pursuits in Ball Space Systems Division at Ball Aerospace & Technologies. From 1996 to1998, before rejoining Ball Aerospace, Mr. Crouch served as a Principal at Becker Capital Management, Inc. Since 1996, he also served as Chief Operating Officer of VR-1, Inc. Mr. Crouch served as Vice President for Operations of Online Network Enterprises, Inc., from 1995 to 1996. From 1985 to 1989, he was Project Engineer for McCutchen & Company, a high-leverage construction management company, Mr. Crouch performed a variety of functions for unique, water-related, engineering and construction projects from 1985 to 1989. His career spans aerospace business and strategic development, aerospace operations and finance, technology start-up executive management and financing and space mission development and systems engineering. From 1984 to 1985, Mr. Crouch was Mechanical Engineer for BDM Corp. Mr. Crouch serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at RavenBrick LLC. From 2003 to 2005, he was Board of Directors, Vexcel Corporation. Since 2004, he has been Dean's Advisory Board, College of Engineering, Colorado State University. From 2009 to 2014, he was Director of Colorado Cleantech Industry Association. Since 2015, he has been with Global Leadership Council, College of Business, Colorado State University. Mr. Crouch holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from Colorado State University (CSU). Mr. Crouch also completed Aerospace Engineering graduate courses at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
