Mr. Morrison served as an Assistant Vice President of NBD Bank, Detroit from 1984 to 1990. Mr. Morrison held a number of senior corporate banking roles at First Chicago. Mr. Morrison has been an Independent Director of Sensient Technologies Corporation since December 2, 2016. He serves as a Member of Board of Directors of Jefferson County Economic Council; Member of National Association of Corporate Treasurers and Member of Treasury Management Association. Mr. Morrison holds an MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit in 1988 and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1984.
