Mr. Morrison served Chief Operating Officer of Global Metal Beverage Packaging at Ball Corporation until February 1, 2015. He served as Vice President of Ball Corporation from April 2002 to December 2009 and served as its Treasurer from September 2000 to April 2010. He served as an Interim Chief Operating Officer of Global Metal Beverage Business at Ball Corporation until February 1, 2015. He served as Managing Director and Senior Banker of Corporate Banking, Bank One, Indianapolis, Indiana from 1995 to August 2000. Mr. Morrison served as an Assistant Vice President of NBD Bank, Detroit from 1984 to 1990. Mr. Morrison held a number of senior corporate banking roles at First Chicago. Mr. Morrison has been an Independent Director of Sensient Technologies Corporation since December 2, 2016. He serves as a Member of Board of Directors of Jefferson County Economic Council; Member of National Association of Corporate Treasurers and Member of Treasury Management Association. Mr. Morrison holds an MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit in 1988 and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1984.
