Knowledge of the market. Unfortunately, the private group is full of dinosaurs, especially the Entertainment group.
Sincerely engage teams, come down from the ivory tower and be a apart of the company they run.

create stability at the top, since those at the bottom are always afraid of being collateral damage for your inability to properly manage the bank
