The team environment where everyone understands that no one person is smarter than team, and people respect each others opinions.

Solving my clients problems in ways that not only establishes my value to them but also increases my value to the team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Direct interaction with each level of lower management structure to better understand their supervisors motivations / bias and ensure they represent the cultural values BCS wishes to encourage & portray. Leadership's interaction at this level will also provide them a feel for the interoffice moral

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Establish a company wide system that establishes success goals for each position that cannot be altered or changed once agreed upon & in place. Mentorship / shadowing is great but there needs to be a collaborative aspect grafted into that relationship with direct measurable benefits for both sides.
