What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem friendly from afar.
They are only for themselved
payroll works like a clock
We are going through transformation and although scary for some, it's a new business model for the future. We are beginning to leverage technology for strategy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start treating people fairly. They favor those they want to protect. HR has no say in this organization.
Allow more opportunities for employees to advice into higher positions. Stick to their policies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
liberty, flexibility and ability to make modifications as need may require.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
reaching at least inflation levels each year would be a start
Health Insurance is not the best and bonuses are a little low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates care for each other. Although thry hate management
Very productive for the company
collaborative and motivated despite being fearful of speaking up
works well together in groups and helps each other
Nimble and open minded. Willing to help where needed and silos are very minimal

Communicsting more with others always
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People carimg for each other despite a toxic culture
Creativity of the team. Team work.
on-premise cafeteria is very convenient
Couture is transforming to break down silos in some areas of the company. My area is experiencing this. Training is being offered. Sr. Mgt is giving us coverage to be more innovative

What did you like most about the interview process?
Personable and courteous when trying to woo people. They would lie about the culture
It was very conversational and not too much pressure.
Very direct subject matter, interest in unique abilities and potential for developing and enhancing other areas.
it was quick and multiple interviews in one day
they were very straight forward

What makes you most happy at work?
The IT and OPS department are always nice and try their best to help.
Great boss who does not micromanage and company is transforming to modern ways of doing business. Immediate co-workers are team players. Culture is developing as a team culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
average age of our retail customer base is 65 years old. Our retail business will collapse in the coming years..
