The new CEO Carlos Hernandez is unprofessional, never says good morning and always has a negative approach for everything. This has an "impact on operations and morale". The negativity is causing emotional strain and diminishing discretionary effort.

Its a production line all about the money getting those claims out the door the culture they portray its the opposite in reality badgering employees all the time a lot of favorite employees the others are not in the club
