What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership cares about employees and adhere to policies that protect employees and patients.
They are a very caring team
Caring and attentive towards staff
Need improvement not a leader
Open door Policy you can talk openly about any subject
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no parking available at the hospital. The employees have to pay a fee if they forgot to use an app to park. The volumen of work has increased by 3 times and no help has been added. The quality of patient care is decreasing due to the new leadership approach.

Providing spaces and materials for employees to feel comfortable. Doctors could learn being more respectful.
They say we are family, doesnt feel that way

The 403 retirement benefit is favorable. The salary is comparable to other companies.

It is very fair for position/market
It is average for the industry
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
at least $50 per hour for a RN with 2 years experience who has been loyal, dedicated and overworked!!! Keep RN's happy and we will stay with the company long time!
Being fair to everyone doing the same job should get paid equally. Not using favoritism.
Management often threatened employees with loss of job, set employees against one-another
Better pay better healthcare rates
They have cut down on benefits Baptist is not the Baptist that used to be

My team is pleasant yo work with.

Friendship funny nice ok good
At this point I I cannot say anything positive 5 to 6 years ago this was one of the best place to work for
Loyalty to the team and honesty

Communication, helping, not bullying, kindness, team building
My team is not qualified and do not perform
The majority of my team members are not qualified for the jobs that they have
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody has a smile and they work well together

I feel respected and appreciated in the office by coworkers, management and patients.
The front line team members
They can do a better work, better service, better company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better pay for RN's and having 2 CP's on very busy days. Having a circulating nurse on the floor keeps patients safe! when four call bells are ringing at the same time, how do you cut yourself in four pieces to help everybody?
Create more availability and accessibility for employees. Pay employees what they deserve.
Management needs to start caring more about their employees
The managers create an environment that is unstable
Supervisors micromanage and create an unprofessional work environment
