There is no parking available at the hospital. The employees have to pay a fee if they forgot to use an app to park. The volumen of work has increased by 3 times and no help has been added. The quality of patient care is decreasing due to the new leadership approach.

It is very fair for position/market
It is average for the industry
at least $50 per hour for a RN with 2 years experience who has been loyal, dedicated and overworked!!! Keep RN's happy and we will stay with the company long time!
Being fair to everyone doing the same job should get paid equally. Not using favoritism.
Management often threatened employees with loss of job, set employees against one-another

I feel respected and appreciated in the office by coworkers, management and patients.
The front line team members
They can do a better work, better service, better company
better pay for RN's and having 2 CP's on very busy days. Having a circulating nurse on the floor keeps patients safe! when four call bells are ringing at the same time, how do you cut yourself in four pieces to help everybody?
Create more availability and accessibility for employees. Pay employees what they deserve.
