Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

to be paid at the fair market value for this area. We should also be given a bonus to work towards.

A fair salary for the job i do

We do not get told by our boss that she appreciates any of us instead she tells all of us what all we do wrong and threatens us if we don't change what we have done wrong she has run off people that have been here over 25 years travelers

Review from Customer Support Dept

The biggest reason would be because we are understaffed. I feel like if we could retain more qualified and dedicated staff in addition with a administration who are even mildly generous with our compensation, company morale and staff retention would be less of an issue. Happy nurses=happy patients!

Review from Operations Dept

I believe that we are very underpaid and as much as we do and especially because what we do(saves lives) we should be paid way more than we do make.
