We do not get told by our boss that she appreciates any of us instead she tells all of us what all we do wrong and threatens us if we don't change what we have done wrong she has run off people that have been here over 25 years travelers

The biggest reason would be because we are understaffed. I feel like if we could retain more qualified and dedicated staff in addition with a administration who are even mildly generous with our compensation, company morale and staff retention would be less of an issue. Happy nurses=happy patients!

I work at home so my enviroment is very dofferent than being in office. When in office , managers sit in office for hours and can be heard laughing all over the floor. Very aggrivating.

Having staffing having the higher ups the make the rules for staffing come in at night and see how many of these sick pts don't get treatments because the sickest have to be seen first and having 3 therapist one is in ER one is in ICU.and one is in CCU

Better staffing, better staffing, better staffing! Nursing ratios of 4:1 (5:1 rarely!) AND no more than 12:1 for nursing aides ... especially if you want your patients turned and bathed properly to prevent skin breakdown!!!!
