Baptist Health as a whole is an absolutely great place. Just certain departments are awful with their management

We work together as a team! If it wasnt for team we woukd have no leadership what so ever
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Know our job. Ask them a question and they send you to a team memeber. Everyday a different email with a different answer than the day before
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at home so my enviroment is very dofferent than being in office. When in office , managers sit in office for hours and can be heard laughing all over the floor. Very aggrivating.
