My unit supervisor has an extremely genuine personality. His bedside manner is extraordinary and the care he provides as a nurse extends to his staff, all of whom are treated with respect regardless of their role.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
treat employees as asset not a cost center
Know our job. Ask them a question and they send you to a team memeber. Everyday a different email with a different answer than the day before
Standing up for their own department and not being the bigger person and doing favors for any and everyone.
Communicate back there employees make sure we have equipment we need

They need to get better at encouraging their employees instead of tearing them down. An employee will do so much better at there job because they will love what they do if they are built up by there employee not torn down and talked down to .
