Job duties for other departments are assigned to people without the training/minimum qualifications being met. Staff members have been reported for being hostile and verbally abusive to other employees and it is not addressed.

Communication, consistency, and discipline are required to function. These things are severely lacking

There was discussion, it was like two grown ups were having an intellectual conversation

Standing up for their own department and not being the bigger person and doing favors for any and everyone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need a supervisor to keep everyone consistent. No two people do things the same which causes confusion in multiple departments.
