They need to get better at everything. They are so "high up" they do acknowledge the "little". It's all about the executive "clique".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To pay me based on credentials instead of paying by favoritism. Their agenda is not even hidden anymore & the leadrts do not care.
Pay a fair wage. But the fake christians won't. They don't want to give up their mansions and fancy cars. Don't get treated at this hospital. These people do not care. It's all about money and nothing else to them.
Unfair evaluations causing minimal raises.
Less money paid to people at the top who don't contribute and more to those on the frontline and support roles/

I have the opportunity to work at home and I love it. I am not distracted, I am more productive, I am happy, and the quality of my work (as well as home life and health) have improved tremendously!!
