Almost everything you could think of
1) Communication and transparency, and 2) Establishing clear goals and priorities across the company

Healthcare is insanely strong. Better then when I worked at healthcare companies!

Collaboration, communication, following through, understanding and establishing tactile goals for projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The dogs are a welcomed distraction.
We're all dog people so there's a layer of kindness that we all have - a mutual respect.

We have dogs everywhere and everyone has that sort of kindness that comes with being a dog person

It's not PC, for sure. But that's part of what I enjoy. In most cases, people genuinely care for each other and want to see others succeed.
