Inclusivity has always been part of Barry’s DNA and we foster an environment that celebrates individuality and diversity across our global community. We developed and launched a comprehensive DIB program — led by our VP of Diversity Victor Self, (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) that is rooted in education, frequent feedback, and employee and leadership involvement and that includes learning sessions, book clubs, documentary clubs and that emphasizes diversity in our marketing and branding campaigns. We also continually encourage our employees and instructors to use their voice and social influence to show our commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
