My studio manager is great to work for and with. Anyone above that i can not say the say. Prople and culture (HR) is negilgant
They really care about employees and want to make meaningful changes to make Barry's the best place to work. My only wish would be for working from home to be permanent.
Leadership team is very open and accessible. They're a great rallying force for the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a clear divide between senior leaders and the rest of the employees, especially when it comes to what matters the most (profit and money or people)
Communication is really poor here. Things happen and nobody knows why. No ones opinion seems to matter
Better Managers who care about there employees. Mangers are allowed to do anything

Free classes i can use to unlomited amounts

Base salary is good and there's an opportunity for an annual bonus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be higher for roles where you are doing multiple jobs under one title.
I am not paid fairly compared to the market
Infeel undervaulied becuase of the lack of compensation compared to the work required. Inmake below minimun wage once taxes are cut amd i am expected to do 2 job roles sometimes 3 if we are short team members. Their is an elietest culture at barrts with guests and facuilty
Compensation is obviously challenging given the current market environment. I'm confident comp will be adjusted as the business returns back to where it was pre-pandemic

The team at Barry's is what makes the company tick. The people in the studios who rally together to grow their community are undervalued for all that they do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a toxic postitivty working environment.
Willingness to hear employee concerns and make changes. We have a robust DIB team and lots of community events. Endorphins also really DO make people happy - everyone is generally friendly, likely due to the positive impact of the workout that unites us all.
