My studio manager is great to work for and with. Anyone above that i can not say the say. Prople and culture (HR) is negilgant

They really care about employees and want to make meaningful changes to make Barry's the best place to work. My only wish would be for working from home to be permanent.

Accessibility to managers and coworkers across the company is key. If I have a question about something, I know who to talk to and know that they will get back to me in an appropriate amount of time. If someone doesn't know the answer, they will put me in contact with someone else who does.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is a clear divide between senior leaders and the rest of the employees, especially when it comes to what matters the most (profit and money or people)

Communication is really poor here. Things happen and nobody knows why. No ones opinion seems to matter

Better Managers who care about there employees. Mangers are allowed to do anything
