Functional people (corp com, hr, legal, logistic) are paid and promoted much better than experienced salesman, it's crazy, career in is BASF a cooking show
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should be fair in compensation & benefit, regional should closely monitor local country's power abuse. Functional ladies get higher salary and rewards than salesman who worked day and night for the Company, it is what hapening in BASF Vietnam, funny
