Leadership becomes an issue at current time
Review from Sales Dept
trust in us the employee
They treat everyone the same
give high mnotivaton and high workload but low salary
Nothing. You can not talk to them and they expect you to devote your soul to this place. Was making alot of money this year so we had to thru Christmas.
If you ask me they need to allow their team members such as operators and screeners to operate their coaster with little to no interference from engineers and management which have no experience in running the equipment.
Transparency and communication, building teams and removing hurdles.
The leadership team needs to interface more with ground level employees. They shouldn't allow middle management to speak so much "on the behalf" of the hourly and ground level work force. This why they often remain out of touch and make poor business decisions.
Caring more about the people vs caring about themselves and their gains
Caring for the people vs just caring for themselves
The Bonus structure is competitive
the retirement package is excellent
Bonus and festive allowance etc
The additional perks, paid vacation, and Parental leave.
401k and bonus when its paid
have no culture and work freindly
Entry level salaries are not the best
it's a order and follow mechanism
The insurance for a contractor is crazy expensive and your local market is in Michigan no matter where you live.
I am a contract employee of 2.5 years and have not been brought on direct
Review from Engineering Dept
I wish I can say more but a handful of people that I work with or around me are lazy. With that said we do have people who care about others and trys to help where they can.
We come to together as one and get things done
Eagerness to get job done and collaborative nature.
Cooperation and willing to help each other be successful.
They all work harmoniously and constantly helping each other
Stop working in silos and collaboration
be open transparent and honest
Local people should be more internationally exposed and more professional
Review from Sales Dept
Too many leadership team members, at the plant level, visibly lack the leadership skills needed for employees to stay loyal and motivated to the company.
They are family oriented and caring.
International work environment is best
Eveyone gets along with each other
Diversity, work life balance and communication and openess of leadership.
I can't think of anything good in CC division
There is no accountability for middle management and a huge blame culture.
Leadership, vision and recognition of employees
Treat employees according to visible behaviour and performance instead of judging them based on professional and racial cliches or negative hearsay.
Review from Engineering Dept
leadership needs to be completely replaced
the leadership/management team should have more industry experience
Review from Sales Dept
The interaction with the future team so one can understand whether it may be a match.
Review from Business Development Dept
Meeting in person, diverse interviewers
I appreciated seeing a diverse panel.
Panel interview.was very well done
Multiple rounds. Focus on behavioral and not skill
The company takes way too long to set up or even to get a hold of you for either a job offer or a refusal letter. It should be an in-house process which the supervisor should have control over.
the passion I have for people analytics
I love the challenge of solving complex problems.
The collaboration with a cross-disciplinary team composed of multiple customers and supplier representatives in a pre-competitive publically funded project called Catena-X.
Review from Business Development Dept
Enabling people to be successful and drive business success
Reliable team, challenges, responsibility, development
A stronger focus on customers needed. Willingness to learn/change, patience and perseverance with r&d projects.
Review from Engineering Dept
Very hierarchical, slow upward movements, lots of politics within the company. In addition, things take too long to happen
Review from Business Development Dept
Current merger is concerning. Could be people let go ahead
