  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
    The company takes way too long to set up or even to get a hold of you for either a job offer or a refusal letter. It should be an in-house process which the supervisor should have control over.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    If you ask me they need to allow their team members such as operators and screeners to operate their coaster with little to no interference from engineers and management which have no experience in running the equipment.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Transparency and communication, building teams and removing hurdles.
