give high mnotivaton and high workload but low salary
Nothing. You can not talk to them and they expect you to devote your soul to this place. Was making alot of money this year so we had to thru Christmas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Bonus structure is competitive
the retirement package is excellent
Bonus and festive allowance etc

What are some of the best things about your team?
I wish I can say more but a handful of people that I work with or around me are lazy. With that said we do have people who care about others and trys to help where they can.
We come to together as one and get things done
